In 2025, the main offices of Joseph Legacy Planning relocated to Suite 201 of the Parkview Atrium, overlooking the beautiful St. Joseph River. We enjoy hosting clients, family, and friends in this space, and sincerely hope you will drop by and say hello!

Wayfinding

In addition to plentiful parking, the Parkview Atrium has three building entrances with convenient access. Find the JLP offices in Suite 201 by following these directions:

A. North (Upper) Entrance*

Zero-step entry includes a curb ramp from the parking lot with a handicap accessible double-door. This entrance will bring you in at the far north end of the upper hallway. Continue straight down the hallway (southward) to the far south end to find our Suite 201. You can't miss our sign! 

*This is the preferred entrance for convenience and restroom access.

B. East/Mezzanine Entrance* (NOT handicap accessible)

Parking at this entrance is on a slight downhill grade, and involves three stairs up from the parking lot, followed by double-doors onto the mezzanine. Take the wide stairway to the left for the upper level, and turn left at the top. Continue straight down the hallway (southward) to the south end, to find Suite 201. You can't miss our sign!

*This is the preferred entrance for aesthetic experience.​

 

C. South (Lower) Entrance*

This entrance is covered with a large building overhang, and features a zero-step, barrier-free access, with a curb ramp from the parking lot and a handicap accessible double-door. Once inside, you can find your way upstairs either by proceeding (northward) down the hall to the mezzanine stairs on your right, or continuing on to the elevators at the far north end of the hall. Once at the upper level, continue straight down the hallway (southward) to the south end, to find Suite 201. You can't miss our sign!

*This is the preferred entrance during inclement weather.​​​​

VERANDA

Immediately opposite our Suite 201 entry door is a double-door exit to the upper veranda, capturing an open-air westerly view across the river.​​

 

ELEVATORS

Located at the North end of the building.​

 

RESTROOMS

Located near the elevators at the North end of the building.​​

 

EMERGENCY EXIT

A side stairwell is located immediately adjacent to our Suite 201 entry door, descending directly to the South building entrance and parking lot.
